Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul responsible for assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks/trailers, inspecting and cleaning equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and installing hitches and trailer wiring. Role includes propane filling (certification offered on employment), forklift operation (certification offered), and ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University; on-site interviews paid; eligible for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain a good driving record
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to assist customers and operate equipment safely
