Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at a U-Haul center responsible for assisting customers with products and services, using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, preparing rental invoices, and performing related duties. Requires ability to educate customers about products, install hitches and trailer wiring, fill propane (certification offered after employment), and forklift operation (certification offered). Ongoing training through U-Haul University and potential bonuses are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
