Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, preparing rental invoices, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment), driving a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment), and participating in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
