Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at a U-Haul location in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, answering questions and educating customers about products and services, preparing rental invoices and processing equipment returns, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification provided upon employment), and operating a forklift (certification provided upon employment). Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and working around moving parts.
