Customer Service Representative

Provide customer service at a U-Haul center, assisting customers with products and services and acting as the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service. Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment on the lot. Educate customers about products and services; prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment. Perform hitch and trailer wiring installation, propane filling (certification offered upon employment), and forklift operation (certification offered upon employment). Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University. Requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; physical ability to handle heavy equipment; and ability to work in a team environment.
