Customer Service Representative

Provide face-to-face customer service for U-Haul customers, assist with rentals and equipment services, inspect and maintain equipment, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, answer questions and educate customers on products/services, prepare rental invoices, accept returns, install hitches and trailer wiring, fill propane (certification offered upon employment), and pursue ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University; requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with physical ability to operate and maneuver equipment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
