Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at a U-Haul center: assist customers with U-Haul products and services, manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan tech, move and hook up trucks/trailers, inspect and service equipment, prepare invoices, and educate customers on products. Roles include installing hitches and trailer wiring, fueling with propane (certification offered upon employment), forklift operation (certification offered), and participation in U-Haul education programs.
