Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service for U-Haul customers at a Sunnyvale location, assisting with products and services, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and guiding customers through rentals using U-Scan technology. Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks/trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and accepting returns; certifications offered on the job include propane filling and forklift operation, with additional training through U-Haul University.
