Customer Service Representative

Assist customers inside and outside the center with products and services while using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels, and prepare rental invoices. Answer questions regarding products, accept equipment returns, and install hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane and drive a forklift as needed. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role offers on-the-job education and certification programs for propane filling and forklift operation.
