Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul located in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions about products and services, preparing rental invoices, accepting equipment returns, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered upon employment), and driving a forklift (certification offered upon employment). The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; on-the-job education is provided through U-Haul University and employees may receive various benefits and bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation package.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- Work environment: ability to work around moving parts and machines; safety precautions may be required
- Physical ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs; ability to stand and perform tasks in indoor/outdoor settings
