Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul with responsibilities including assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returns, installing hitches and trailer wiring, and filling propane (certification offered upon employment). Forklift operation (certification offered upon employment) is also available. The role includes participating in ongoing education through U-Haul University and performing other duties as assigned. The position emphasizes customer-facing service and equipment handling in a retail/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain a good driving record
- Physical ability to handle equipment and perform duties as described
