Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul responsible for assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks/trailers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and educating customers on products and services. Role includes installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certified upon employment), and potential forklift operation (certified upon employment). Requires ongoing participation in U-Haul education through U-Haul University and adherence to safety protocols; compensation includes benefits and bonuses as part of a comprehensive package.
Required Qualifications
