Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at U-Haul in Jasper, GA. Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions about products and services, preparing rental invoices, accepting equipment returns, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered on employment), and operating a forklift (certification offered on employment). Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University and perform other duties as assigned.
