Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for U-Haul in Ottawa, ON. You will be the face of U-Haul, assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and assisting with installation of hitches, trailer wiring, and propane (certifications offered upon employment). Ongoing training through U-Haul University and eligibility for bonuses are noted, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move and lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification offered upon employment
- Propane filling (certification offered upon employment)
- Ability to work with U-Haul equipment and tools
- Customer service and communication skills
Additional Requirements
