Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul center: assist customers with products and services, use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment, answer questions, prepare rental invoices, install hitches and trailer wiring, fill propane (certification offered upon employment), and drive a forklift (certification offered). Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), ESOP, paid leave, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
