Customer Service Representative

Provide customer service for U-Haul customers, both in-center and on-site, assisting with rentals, equipment, and moves. Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers, inspect and clean equipment, answer questions about products and services, prepare rental invoices, and accept returns. Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane (certification offered on employment) and operate a forklift (certification offered). Participate in ongoing U-Haul education and training to support customers and team objectives.
