Customer Service Representative dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as a primary contact for residential and business customers, promoting broadband, voice, mobile, security, and video services, handling inquiries and service requests, processing payments, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities include rotating duties between Byrdstown and Jamestown offices, assisting with billing inquiries, service plan changes, disconnects, and account upgrades, and representing Twin Lakes at community events. The role emphasizes customer service, sales orientation, problem-solving, teamwork, integrity, and results-driven performance. Requires High School diploma or equivalent; training in customer support systems and sales will be provided; prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.
