Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative near Columbus, OH; handles ~110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after ramp; processes customer orders by telephone in accordance with company standards; cross-trained in other department positions and may perform those functions as needed; emphasizes prompt, accurate, courteous service and active listening; uses DDF system to document activity; operates phone system and manual order entry via fax; shift Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm EST; requires high school diploma and reliable high-speed internet. This role is remote but constrained to reside within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35–40 words per minute
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Remote work capability with high speed internet
- Prior experience with medical terminology preferred but not required
