Job Summary
Handle approximately 110 customer interactions per eight hours, processing customer orders by telephone and delivering prompt, courteous service. Cross-train in other department functions, document activity in the DDF system, and enter orders manually via fax. Must meet the 11:00am–7:30pm EST shift, work remotely within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office, and maintain effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
