Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative handling customer orders via telephone with a focus on prompt, courteous service and adherence to company standards; acts as a primary customer contact, cross-trained in other department roles, aims for about 110 interactions per 8-hour shift after training, documents activity in the DDF system, manages order entry via fax, operates phone systems, and maintains professional communication while supporting a flexible, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have high speed internet for Remote work
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Execute and prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional
- Ability to type 35 – 40 words per minute
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Medical terminology / experience preferred but not required
