Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed for a remote role within 50 miles of the Clearwater, FL office. Responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders by telephone, delivering prompt, accurate, courteous service, cross-training for other call-center tasks, and maintaining productivity with approximately 110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after onboarding. Key duties include responding to customer inquiries, solving routine and some complex problems, documenting activity in the DDF system, manual order entry via fax, and adhering to the schedule. Requires strong communication, problem solving, multitasking, and the ability to type 35–40 WPM; high school diploma or equivalent and reliable internet for remote work are required.
