Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service by receiving and processing payments, promoting relevant financial solutions, and driving loan production through marketing to current and potential customers. Execute office administrative tasks including maintaining cash drawers, balancing deposits, checking mail, and filing. Process loan applications and collect payments due while building strong relationships and offering personalized financial solutions. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some extended hours and possible Saturday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
