Job Summary
Receive and process payments in customer accounts, market to current and potential customers to drive loan production, and process loan applications. Maintain and secure cash drawers, balance deposits accurately, and execute office administrative activities including mail checking and filing. Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions. Perform all other duties as assigned. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours and potential Saturday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
