Customer Service Representative

Receive and process payments in customer accounts, market to current and potential customers to drive loan production, and process loan applications while maintaining secure cash drawers and accounting activities. Execute office administrative tasks including checking branch mail, filing, and purchasing supplies. Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions. Perform all other duties as assigned. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours and potential Saturday coverage.
