Job Summary
Customer Service Representative supporting bookings and inquiries for a fast-growing sightseeing and experiences company. Handle customer inquiries via email and chat across U.S. cities and London, document interactions in Zendesk, manage high-volume escalations, and follow escalation policies in a fully remote role based in Texas. The role requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reliable equipment and quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus and CRM experience (Zendesk) is beneficial. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules are available. The position includes handling bookings, changes, and general inquiries, with emphasis on customer experience and professional communication."
Required Qualifications

- Must have a reliable computer, internet, and headset
- Must have a quiet workspace
- CRM experience (Zendesk is a plus)
