Job Summary
Full-time Customer Service Representative in Machias, Maine supporting a DoD HR services contact center. Answer inquiries via telephone and respond to customer requests with excellent customer service etiquette; log inquiries, update tracking information, and resolve customer inquiries using the computer system and call center resources; escalate tickets with details of research and troubleshooting steps; possess an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; high attention to detail, fast and accurate typing (40 wpm), and strong written/verbal communication; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; equal opportunity employer.
