Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, timelines, and order status. Resolve concerns professionally while building long-term relationships through responsive, personalized service. Process orders, revisions, and change requests accurately, monitoring jobs throughout production to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met. Coordinate changes with customers and production teams, communicating effectively with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, and Billing departments. Anticipate potential issues before they affect delivery, identifying practical solutions and escalating complex matters while keeping stakeholders informed. Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation, preparing information for invoicing and billing. Share customer feedback and participate in team meetings to support continuous process improvements.
