Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative in a frozen food manufacturing environment supporting sales, logistics, and supply chain operations. Core duties include coordinating order fulfillment, preparing and editing tenders/manifests for carriers, researching tender history to select carriers, updating ERP (NAV) with shipping dates, and ensuring data accuracy across orders, shipping, and manifests. Cross-trained to assist with limited purchasing and supply chain functions under the Buyer or Supply Chain leadership, with no pricing or vendor-relationship ownership. Works with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and external carriers to ensure timely processing, carrier communications, and accurate records. Responsibilities also cover receptionist coverage, general administrative tasks, and escalation to Buyer for purchasing-related issues when needed. The role is temporary with potential to become permanent, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
