Job Summary
Frontline representative for the ThriftBooks brand, handling customer interactions across phone, chat, and email. Duties include providing product information, troubleshooting issues, recommending products/services, resolving complaints, documenting interactions in the CRM, following up to ensure resolution, and educating customers on site usage. Maintains high customer satisfaction and adheres to policies while working a rotating hybrid schedule in the Dallas area.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of online customer service chat experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work 8 hours per day at a computer (sitting, typing, answering emails, phone calls, and live chats)
