Job Summary
Onsite Customer Service Representative at ThompsonGas focused on delivering a top-notch customer experience through inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and sales support. Responsibilities include probing questions to uncover sales opportunities, addressing inquiries (pricing, billing, products, new accounts), maintaining professional and empathetic service, knowledge of ThompsonGas products, adherence to safety policies, providing order-status updates, leading efforts to collect past-due accounts, and handling driver daily paperwork. Requires strong communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work overtime and weekends during busy seasons. Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred)
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience with CARGAS and MPX systems preferred, but not required
