Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Siegel Select/Oklahoma City property: greet customers, answer phones within 3 rings, manage room openings and availability, sell rooms in person and by phone (including Craigslist postings), accurately handle cash and deposits, perform cash drops, keep records of vacant rooms and close-out procedures, process work orders in the system, receive and distribute resident mail, maintain a clean, inviting office, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires HS Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience; ability to work an 8-hour shift on weekends/holidays, and compliance with brand/uniform policies.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months customer service experience
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
