Job Summary
Assist customers with transactions through a seamless and friendly experience while defusing situations and providing timely resolutions. Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance. Motivate peers to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and leadership. Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling merchandise that requires lifting up to 25 pounds and continuous movement for six to eight hours per shift.

- Ability to reach for and lift items above the head
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to defuse customer situations

- Ability to ensure the security and privacy of customer information
- Ability to educate customers on security and privacy
- Ability to resolve issues regarding security and privacy
