Customer Service Representative

Support sales, profit, and customer service objectives by communicating with customers over the phone and in person to listen intently and seek personalized HVAC solutions. Promote sales, monthly specials, and counter specials while serving will-call customers by picking up and loading orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain showroom cleanliness and perform administrative warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance. Process and coordinate the filling of customer orders with close attention to detail while staying up to date on company processes, policies, and procedures.
