Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer contact, greeting showroom visitors, screening leads, scheduling estimates and installation appointments, quoting products by phone, assisting with follow-ups on quotes, coordinating work appointments for Installation Technicians, troubleshooting field issues with GM/vendors/techs, verifying order confirmations for size and pricing accuracy, and maintaining orderly office/shop operations. Strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and excellent organizational/time-management skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass initial background check and drug test
