Job Summary
Hybrid Customer Service Representative based in Mount Laurel, NJ, handling dealer and internal customer support within an assigned regional territory. Acts as liaison between dealers, Teknion Sales and Corporate facilities to manage order requirements through production, balance client and company interests, and provide consultative guidance on logistics, shipments, and order status. Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing clarification questions, managing delays and change orders, coordinating with shipping for on-time delivery, tracking back-orders, communicating escalation needs to management, maintaining daily workflow in a shared email environment, assisting with pre-order and claims processes, ensuring product knowledge through training, and cross-training for coverage. Requires multitasking, collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; associate degree or higher preferred; 3-5 years of customer service experience recommended.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 3-5 years Customer Service Experience necessary
- Proficient in the complete Google Suite offering along with Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze and develop alternate solution recommendations
- Detail and multi-task-oriented team player
