Job Summary
Perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor while complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Work in a team to fill in during staff shortages and support the shift lead in completing punch-list items. Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance and conduct. Engage with lead, supervisor, co-workers, and customers in a professional manner. Requires a valid driver's license, completion of safety and task training, and potential forklift certification. Bilingual status is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- May be required to be forklift certified
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months training or experience
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
