CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Manage vehicle rentals and returns by processing reservations, confirming bookings, and closing agreements while updating computer systems and credit card authorizations. Engage with customers to resolve inquiries, answer calls, and provide directions, ensuring all renters are properly qualified per company procedures. Monitor fleet availability for walk-ups and upgrades, assist with body damage forms and electronic movements, and reconcile the fleet daily to ensure all assets are accounted for. Proactively market additional services such as fuel options and damage waivers. Complete all forms, paperwork, and clerical duties accurately. Report safety issues to the Location Manager. Work evening shifts starting at 2:30 or 15:30 for eight hours.
