The Customer Service Representative I provides excellent service to Housing Choice Voucher Program participants and landlords by effectively resolving inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Some college with coursework in Business Administration or Human Services required
  • 3+ years’ experience with social services programs in a case management capacity

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in social work, human/social services or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb organization and administrative skills
  • Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office products

Additional Requirements

  • Must demonstrate good judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to function in an environment of multiple and possibly shifting priorities
