Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative I provides excellent service to Housing Choice Voucher Program participants and landlords by effectively resolving inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Some college with coursework in Business Administration or Human Services required
- 3+ years’ experience with social services programs in a case management capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in social work, human/social services or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb organization and administrative skills
- Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office products
Additional Requirements
- Must demonstrate good judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
