Job Summary
Process orders, verify pricing and terms, and maintain customer accounts by coordinating with Supply Chain Analysts and Sales for proper delivery. Manage customer relations via email and phone, handle complaints, create shipping documents, and provide delivery and tracking information. Maintain customer pricing, cross-reference data, and open order reporting while initiating necessary reports for internal and external sources. Respond to inquiries and solve problems for both existing and potential customers. Work with analysts to determine material requirements and maintain orders accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ plus year of experience with logistics background
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
- Ability to communicate in writing professionally, clearly and concisely
- Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
