Job Summary
Seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support sales and service departments, manage quotations in SAP, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
- Proficient in computer applications, including SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
- Basic understanding of machine tools and their components
