Job Summary
Join Binance as a Customer Service Representative for Swedish & English, handling high volumes of live chat and support tickets across language queues. Provide accurate information on platform features, products, and processes; manage complaints and follow up to ensure resolution; adhere to policies and procedures; contribute to feedback collection for workflow and product improvements (including AI bot performance and SOP/tools). Support validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows, and go the extra mile to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Requires strong written and spoken communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness to work weekends and irregular hours. Fluency in English and Swedish and 1+ years of customer-facing experience are required; familiarity with AI-powered tools and crypto knowledge are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years customer facing experience
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots
- Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is a plus
