Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at DHL Supply Chain focuses on processing orders and preparing correspondence to fulfill customer needs, and providing product, service, and transit information while acting as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. The ideal candidate will maintain high levels of customer service and timely oral and written communication with client representatives and trucking/transportation crews, use a Transportation Management System (TMS) to build/schedule Truckloads and LTL shipments, and communicate effectively via phone and email to schedule pickups and resolve issues. Requires intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with a warehouse management system (JDA, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, SAP, etc.), with View software preferred. Ability to quickly adapt and navigate through customer portals and work in a fast-paced, customer-centric team environment. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Duties include maintaining customer records, processing adjustments, preparing product/service reports, assisting with order/product management, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
