Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, take applications, input loan data into loan software, process loan payments and refinances, assist with delinquency work, mail communications, and maintain accurate cash handling and daily reports in a consumer finance office. Responsibilities include taking calls and counter interactions to solicit loans, post payments, prepare refinance and loan documentation, balance cash drawers, generate and reconcile reports, and support branch management with customer credit experiences and promotional activities. Requires strong communication, spelling, data entry, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; opportunity for advancement toward branch management.
Required Qualifications
- A GO GETTER with excellent personality, communication, sales skills, problem solving, ability to lead, and strong desire to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalence
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or the finance industry a plus
