The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with customer inquiries and data entry in the TMS system while ensuring accurate communication with the Operations Manager and Logistics Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience specifically with domestic freight brokerage
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
