Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in banking, deepen relationships by listening to customer needs, guide customers to appropriate partners for consultative conversations, and refer customers to bankers for tailored financial solutions. Perform daily office duties to maintain efficient operations, handle cash and adhere to bank policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and demonstrate sound judgment in resolving issues while upholding the bank’s core values and ethics. Exhibit strong communication, problem-resolution, and customer-care skills to ensure a positive customer experience and effective referrals to business partners.
Required Qualifications
