Job Summary
Permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative at Tonkin Steel, based at the Atherton site. You will be the first point of contact for trade and industrial customers, handling front-counter and phone interactions, processing cash sales, quotes and orders, managing stock levels, providing tailored product advice, building relationships with regular customers, and supporting general admin and sales tasks. Key tools include Microsoft Office and SAP; experience in estimating and drafting in a similar steel-industry environment is highly regarded. Typical hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience
- Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded
