Job Summary
Customer-facing role at the Mackay branch handling trade and industrial customers, assisting with product selection, placing orders, processing cash sales, quotes and orders, and providing tailored product advice. You’ll build strong relationships with regular trade customers and support general admin and sales tasks, with Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm stability in a permanent full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
- Microsoft Office and SAP system experience
