Customer Service Representative

Handle incoming calls using a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities while maintaining in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products, billing processes, and delivery policies. Present a professional image to develop trusting relationships, manage account information and data, and process Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions. Coordinate with regional and corporate employees to ensure operational efficiencies, assist with route forecasting and scheduling of service work, and perform administrative data entry and reconciliation.
