Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen, provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while supporting store leadership in store-side operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions (including alcohol, tobacco, lottery sales), maintaining compliance with policies and safety regulations, managing stock/replenishment of inventory, performing housekeeping duties, and assisting the store leader with additional tasks as needed. Required skills include integrity, multitasking, attention to detail, ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable with wet floors and loud environments. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and reliable transportation are also required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations
- Must be 16 years of age to work in kitchen operations
- Must have reliable transportation
