Job Summary

Handle high-volume phone calls by resolving inquiries, routing calls to proper departments, and providing courteous, professional customer service. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs and escalate complex issues for solutions. Maintain self-motivation and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment to ensure high productivity and accuracy. Requires high school diploma, excellent typing skills, and proficiency with appointment scheduling systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent typing skills and friendly telephone etiquette
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual in Spanish
